خطاب أردوغان و صفقة التبادل

كتب تحسين أحمد التل: الملفت للانتباه في حديث الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان، عندما طلب من المجتمع الدولي ممارسة الضغط على إسرائيل حتى تتحمل مسؤوليتها الكاملة عن العدوان على غزة، وتدفع تعويضات للأسر المنكوبة، وتكاليف ما قامت بتدميره.

الأمر الثاني الذي ركز عليه الرئيس التركي، عندما وجه خطابه الى الوكالة الدولية للتفتيش على الأسلحة النووية، بعد اعتراف وزير (التراث) بضرب غزة بالقنبلة الذرية، وذلك بضرورة تدمير السلاح النووي الإسرائيلي.

كل الدلائل تشير الى امتلاك إسرائيل (200) رأس نووي، وفق المعلومات التي أدلى بها أحد خبراء الطاقة الذرية اليهود عام (1986).

كنت كتبت قبل عدة أسابيع، تقرير عن إمكانية تبادل الأسرى على دفعات، وقسمت الأسرى الى أربعة أقسام، وقد جاء ذلك على النحو التالي:

أولاً: خمسون من الأسرى لتبييض السجون الإسرائيلية.

ثانياً: خمسون بدل تعويضات للأسر المنكوبة في الحرب، وتعويض عن المنازل والمباني المدمرة.

ثالثاً: خمسون لضمان عدم قيام إسرائيل بانتهاك المسجد الأقصى.

رابعاً: الاحتفاظ ببقية الأسرى حتى يحين موعد تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية، وإنشاء وطن قومي للفلسطينيين، وعاصمته القدس الشريف.

وذكرت في البند الثاني للمطالب التي تحدثت عنها عن تبادل الأسرى، وضرورة دفع تعويضات للأسر المنكوبة، ولعائلات الشهداء من الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ وغيرهم ممن استشهدوا من المدنيين، ودفع تعويضات لإعادة تأهيل البُنى التحتية من مستشفيات، ومساجد، ومدارس، وجامعات... الى آخره.

يجب أن تتحمل إسرائيل تكاليف بناء غزة، وإعادة تأهيلها كما ذكرت، ودفع تعويضات للعائلات المنكوبة، وأن يتم تطبيق القانون الدولي، وهذه مهمة العالم العربي والإسلامي، أن يتخذوا قرارات تُلزم الغرب بالضغط على إسرائيل من أجل أن تتحمل المسؤولية كاملة عن عدوانها الهمجي على غزة.

What is striking is the speech of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, when he asked the international community that Israel bear full responsibility for the aggression against Gaza, and pay compensation to the afflicted families and the costs of what it destroyed.

The second matter that the Turkish President focused on, when he addressed the International Nuclear Weapons Inspection Agency, after the Minister of Heritage admitted that Gaza was struck with an atomic bomb, was the necessity of destroying the Israeli nuclear weapon.

All indications indicate that Israel possesses (200) nuclear warheads, according to information provided by a Jewish atomic energy expert in (1986).

Several weeks ago, I wrote a report on the possibility of exchanging prisoners in batches, and I divided the prisoners into four sections, and that matter came as follows:

.First: Fifty prisoners to be whitewashed in Israeli prisons

Second: Fifty prisoners as compensation for families afflicted in the war, .and compensation for destroyed homes and buildings

Third: Fifty prisoners are a guarantee that Israel will not violate Al-Aqsa .Mosque

Fourth: Keep the rest of the prisoners until the time comes to implement international legitimacy resolutions and establish a national homeland for .the Palestinians, with Holy Jerusalem as its capital

In the second paragraph of the demands that I spoke about, I mentioned the exchange of prisoners, the necessity of paying compensation to the afflicted families, and to the families of the martyrs, including children, women, the elderly, and other civilians who were martyred, and paying compensation to rehabilitate the infrastructure, and build hospitals, mosques, schools, and universities... etc.

Israel must bear the costs of building and rehabilitating Gaza, as I mentioned, and pay compensation to the afflicted families, and international law must be implemented, and this is the task of the Arab and Islamic world, to take decisions that obligate the West to put pressure on Israel in order for it to bear full responsibility for its barbaric aggression against Gaza.
