صلح عشائري سعودي أردني برئاسة الفايز

أُنجز صك صلح عشائري سعودي أردني، حيث ترأس سعادة الشيخ طراد المسلط الفايز، بتكليف من السفارة السعودية، جاهة عشائرية من شيوخ ووجهاء عشائر أردنية وسعودية في مضارب قبيلة الجراوين، وذلك على خلفية حادث السير الذي أصيب به أحمد وليد أبو يحيى، وتسبب به ناصر بن عبدالله العنزي.

وكان في استقبال الجاهة شيوخ ووجهاء من قبيلة الجراوين، وكان المتحدث باسم القبيلة سعادة الشيخ ماهر أبو يحيى، حيث جرى التداول في ملابسات الحادث وبحث سبل إنهاء الموضوع في إطار العرف العشائري والأخوة بين العشائر.

وبعد التداول، تكرم الشيخ ماهر أبو يحيى على لسان عشيرة أبو يحيى بالصفح والعفو عن السائق لوجه الله تعالى، ثم لجلالة الملك والجاهة الكريمة، وتم بموجب ذلك توقيع صك صلح عشائري.

ولا يسع الجاهة الكريمة إلا أن شكرت وأثنت على كرم قبيلة الجراوين عامة وعشيرة أبو يحيى خاصة، وتمنت الشفاء العاجل للمصاب، كما تقدم الشيخ ماهر أبو يحيى بالشكر إلى جميع من تكلف وحضر الجاهة، مؤكداً أن أجرهم عند الله عظيم. وذلك يوم الأحد 1/11/2026.

A Saudi-Jordanian tribal reconciliation deed was concluded, as Sheikh Trad Al-Maslat Al-Fayez, assigned by the Saudi Embassy, headed a tribal delegation of Jordanian and Saudi sheikhs and notables in the areas of the Jarawin tribe, following the traffic accident in which Ahmed Walid Abu Yahya was injured and which was caused by Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Anzi.

The delegation was received by sheikhs and notables of the Jarawin tribe, and the tribe’s spokesperson, Sheikh Maher Abu Yahya, addressed the gathering as the incident was discussed and the matter was deliberated within the framework of tribal custom and the bonds of brotherhood among the tribes.

Following the deliberations, Sheikh Maher Abu Yahya, on behalf of the Abu Yahya clan, generously waived and pardoned the driver for the sake of God, then for His Majesty the King and the honorable delegation, and a tribal reconciliation deed was signed accordingly.

The honorable delegation thanked and praised the generosity of the Jarawin tribe in general and the Abu Yahya clan in particular, and wished the injured a speedy recovery. Sheikh Maher Abu Yahya also thanked all those who were assigned and attended the delegation, affirming that their reward is great with God. This took place on Sunday, 1 November 2026.
