زين شريكاً استراتيجياً لمهرجان عمّان السينمائي الدولي – أول فيلم

عمّان، 27 تموز 2026: حِرصاً منها على تطوير المواهب الأردنية الناشئة لتمكينها من المنافسة على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي، والمساهمة في تنمية قطاع صناعة الأفلام لتعزيز قدرته كقطاع اقتصادي قادر على تحقيق الإيرادات وخلق فرص العمل للشباب الأردني؛ أعلنت شركة زين الأردن عن مواصلة دعمها لمهرجان عمّان السينمائي الدولي – أول فيلم، للعام السابع على التوالي، والذي يُقام تحت رعاية سمو الأميرة ريم علي خلال الفترة من 26 تموز ولغاية 3 آب المقبل، تحت شعار "ما وراء الإطار".

وتأتي هذه الشراكة انطلاقاً من إيمان شركة زين بأهمية دعم الصناعات الإبداعية باعتبارها إحدى الركائز الواعدة للتنمية الاقتصادية والثقافية، وأهمية الدور المتنامي الذي تؤديه التكنولوجيا لتطوير صناعة الأفلام من خلال توظيفها في تسهيل وصول الأعمال السينمائية الأردنية إلى جمهور أوسع، ودعم قِطاع صناعة الأفلام. 

كما تنسجم هذه الشراكة مع الجهود الرامية إلى ترسيخ مكانة المملكة كمركز عالمي لصناعة الأفلام ووجهة تصويرية رائدة في ظل ما تتمتع به المملكة من تنوع جغرافي وطبيعي ومواقع أثرية وسياحية فريدة شكّلت على مدار الأعوام الماضية مواقع تصوير للعديد من الإنتاجات السينمائية العالمية، إذ يُسهم المهرجان في إبراز هذه المقومات أمام صُنّاع السينما من مختلف أنحاء العالم، بما يعزز الترويج للأردن كوجهة مفضلة لتصوير الأفلام ويعزّز مكانة المملكة على خارطة أبرز مواقع التصوير السينمائي العالمية.

ويقدّم المهرجان هذا العام برنامجاً سينمائياً متنوعاً يضم أفلاماً مختارة بعناية من فئات الروائي العربي الطويل، والوثائقي الطويل، والروائي القصير، إلى جانب أفلام روائية طويلة غير عربية، جرى اختيارها من بين ما يقارب 900 عمل تقدّم للمشاركة، وتعكس هذه الأعمال تنوعاً واسعاً في الرؤى الفنية والمقاربات السينمائية، كما تتيح للجمهور الأردني فرصة مشاهدة أعمال قد لا تصل إلى دور العرض التجارية المحلية.

ويتضمن البرنامج كذلك سلسلة من الأنشطة المهنية والفعاليات المخصصة لصُنّاع السينما، ويستضيف نخبة من المخرجين والممثلين والمنتجين والنقاد والخبراء الدوليين، بما يوفّر منصة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات واستكشاف تجارب سينمائية جديدة من الوطن العربي والعالم.

وتتنافس الأفلام المشاركة على جائزة السوسنة السوداء، وهي الجائزة الكبرى للمهرجان، إلى جانب جوائز نقدية في أربع فئات تنافسية، كما يمنح المهرجان جائزة لأفضل فيلم أردني قصير، ويتيح للجمهور حضور جلسات نقاش مع صُنّاع الأفلام بعد عدد من العروض، فضلاً عن المشاركة في اختيار الأعمال الفائزة بجائزة الجمهور في مختلف الفئات التنافسية.

يذكر بأن شركة زين الأردن تواصل دعم قطاع صناعة الأفلام الأردني ضمن شراكتها الممتدة مع الهيئة الملكية الأردنية للأفلام، حيث قدّمت دعمها لإنشاء ستة مراكز للأفلام تابعة للهيئة في محافظات الزرقاء والبلقاء وإربد والعقبة، إلى جانب رعايتها لفعاليات وأنشطة الهيئة واستضافة ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية المتخصصة في صناعة الأفلام عبر جميع فروع منصتها للإبداع (ZINC) بما يسهم في تطوير مهارات الشباب وصقل قدراتهم في مجال صناعة الأفلام.

Zain Jordan Renews Strategic Partnership with Amman International Film Festival 

Amman, July 27th , 2026 :Reinforcing its commitment to fostering Jordanian talent and empowering the next generation of filmmakers to compete regionally and internationally, while contributing to the growth of Jordan's film industry as a vibrant economic sector capable of generating revenue and creating employment opportunities for young Jordanians, Zain Jordan has announced the renewal of its strategic partnership with Amman International Film Festival – Awal Film for the seventh consecutive year.

Held under the patronage of HRH Princess Rym Ali, this year's edition of the festival runs from July 26 to August 3, 2026, under the theme "Beyond the Frame."

The partnership reflects Zain Jordan's firm belief in the importance of supporting the creative industries as one of the key drivers of economic and cultural development. It also underscores Zain’s recognition of the growing role of technology in advancing the film industry by expanding the reach of Jordanian cinematic productions to wider audiences and supporting the continued development of the sector.

The collaboration further aligns with ongoing national efforts to strengthen Jordan's position as a global filmmaking hub and a premier filming destination. With its exceptional geographical diversity, breathtaking natural landscapes, and rich historical sites, Jordan has served as the backdrop for numerous internationally acclaimed film productions. Through its international platform, the festival showcases these unique assets to filmmakers from around the world, further promoting Jordan as a preferred destination for film production and enhancing its standing on the global cinematic map.

This year's festival presents a curated cinematic program featuring a selection of Arab feature narratives, Arab feature documentaries, Arab short narratives, and international feature films. The official selection was chosen from nearly 900 submissions, reflecting a rich diversity of artistic visions and cinematic storytelling while offering Jordanian audiences the opportunity to experience acclaimed films that may not otherwise be screened in local commercial cinemas.

In addition to film screenings, the festival hosts an extensive professional program comprising industry events and networking activities for filmmakers. It will welcome a distinguished lineup of directors, actors, producers, critics, and international industry experts, providing a dynamic platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the exploration of new cinematic perspectives from across t Arab world and beyond.

Participating in films will compete for the festival's highest honor, the Black Iris Award, alongside cash prizes across four competitive categories. The festival will also present the Best Jordanian Short Film Award and offer audiences the opportunity to engage directly with filmmakers through post screening discussions. In addition, attendees will participate in selecting the winners of the Audience Award across the festival's competitive sections.

As part of its long-standing partnership with the Royal Film Commission – Jordan, Zain Jordan continues to play an active role in supporting the country's film ecosystem. The Company has contributed to the establishment of six Royal Film Commission film centers across the governorates of Zarqa, Balqa, Irbid, and Aqaba. It also continues to sponsor the Commission's initiatives and events while hosting specialized filmmaking workshops and training programs across all branches of its innovation platform, ZINC, helping young Jordanians develop their creative and technical skills and build successful careers in the film industry.
