وفد من محكمة الحسابات الهولندية يزور الاردن

استقبل رئيس ديوان المحاسبة الدكتور راضي الحمادين وفد من محكمة الحسابات الهولندية في مكتبه أمس الخميس، وذلك على هامش مشاركة الوفد في المؤتمر الختامي للمشروع الثاني "لبرنامج شراكة " والتي جاء تحت عنوان" التدقيق على الهدف السادس والثالث عشر من اهداف التنمية المستدامة المتعلقة بالمياه وبمكافحة تغير المناخ" والممول من محكمة الحسابات الهولندية.

وأثنى الحمادين خلال اللقاء على جهود القائمين على الورشة التدريبية وعلى الموضوعات التي ناقشها المشاركون، مؤكداً على استمرارية تعاون ديوان المحاسبة مع الجهات الدولية وخاصة محكمة الحسابات الهولندية، التي قدمت بدورها العديد من المنح الى موظفي الديوان للاستفادة من التجربة الهولندية في التدقيق على العديد من المسائل وخاصة فيما يتعلق بأهداف التنمية المستدامة والتي تصب في صالح تقديم خدمات أفضل للمواطنين.

من جهته قدم السيد عبد الرحيم العباسي مدير المشاريع الدولية في محكمة الحسابات الهولندية الشكر الى ديوان المحاسبة على التسهيلات التي قدمها للمشاركين الذين يمثلون سبع دول عربية، مشيراً الى ان هدف برنامج شراكة هو تبادل الخبرات بين الأجهزة الرقابية حول التدقيق على أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDG’s) التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة.

وأكد العباسي أنه وعلى مدى ثلاثة أيام تمت مناقشة وتبادل الخبرات من قبل المشاركين لعدة مواضيع تشمل مراجعة ومناقشة مخرجات البرنامج التدريبي المنفذ سابقاً والذي عقد في هولندا عام 2024، وتم كذلك مناقشة تقارير المرحلة الأولى من التدقيق المتوازي للهدفين السادس والثالث عشر من أهداف التنمية المستدامة (SDGs) وخطط التدقيق المستقبلي على تلك الأهداف، فضلاً عن مناقشة أهم مزايا نشر تقارير التدقيق مع عرض بعض نماذج من هذه التقارير ونتائج تأثيرها على المجتمعات.

يشار الى ان هذا البرنامج التدريبي يضم العديد من الدول المشاركة وهي: المغرب والجزائر وليبيا وتونس وفلسطين والعراق بالإضافة الى الأردن، حيث سبق ان شارك ديوان المحاسبة في هذا البرنامج الذي استمر عدة سنوات، والذي يهدف الى رفع قدرات موظفي أجهزة الرقابة في التدقيق وفق أفضل المعايير والممارسات الدولية.

President of the Audit Bureau Receives Delegation from the Netherlands Court of Audit

The President of the Audit Bureau, Dr. Radhi Al Hamadeen, received a delegation from the Netherlands Court of Audit on Thursday, in conjunction with their participation in the closing conference of the 2nd theme of Sharaka Programme, held under the title: "Auditing Sustainable Development Goals 6 and 13: Water and Climate Action.” The programme is funded by the Netherlands Court of Audit and aims to enhance capacities in auditing environmental and climate-related SDGs.

Dr. Al Hamadeen commended the efforts of the organizers and the relevance of the topics addressed during the workshop. He reaffirmed the Audit Bureau’s commitment to sustained cooperation with international SAI's, particularly the Netherlands Court of Audit, which has provided significant support through training grants and capacity-building initiatives. These contributions have enabled Audit Bureau staff to benefit from the Dutch experience in auditing key public policy areas, especially those aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), thereby supporting improved public service delivery.

Mr. Abed Alraheem Abbassi, Director of International Projects at the Netherlands Court of Audit, expressed his appreciation to the Audit Bureau for the excellent logistical and institutional support provided to the participants, who represented seven Arab countries. He emphasized that the Sharaka Programme seeks to foster peer learning and exchange of best practices among Supreme Audit Institutions in the field of SDG auditing.

Over the three-day workshop, participants reviewed the outcomes of earlier training sessions held in the Netherlands in 2024, discussed reports from the first phase of the parallel audits on SDGs 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and 13 (Climate Action), and developed future audit plans for these goals. Discussions also focused on the importance of publishing audit reports, highlighting successful case studies and the impact of these audits on communities and policy reform.

The Sharaka Programme includes the participation of SAIs from Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Palestine, Iraq, and Jordan. The Audit Bureau has been a key partner in this multi-year initiative, which aims to enhance the technical and institutional capacities of participating SAIs in line with international audit standards and best practices.
