ترحيب اردني بــ تجديد ولاية المقررة الاممية لحقوق الانسان في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة

رحب مركز حماية وحرية الصحفيين بتجديد مجلس حقوق الانسان ولاية المقررة الاممية الخاصة بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة فرانشيسكا البانيز.
واكد "حماية الصحفيين" ان تجديد الثقة بالمقررة الاممية يؤكد على عدالة القضية الفلسطينية، وانحياز الشعوب للحق الفلسطيني، وادانة حرب الابادة التي يشنها الاحتلال الاسرائيلي على الشعب الفلسطيني .
وقال "حماية الصحفيين" ان اعادة التصويت بأغلبية ساحقة لتجديد ولاية البانيز يعكس الثقة بالموقف، والدور الذي لعبته في كشف الجرائم، والانتهاكات الاسرائيلية بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، ومساندتها لمواصلة رفع صوتها الحقوقي ضد المعايير المزدوجة لحقوق الانسان، واهمية ملاحقة سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي عن جرائمه حتى لا يفلت قادته من العقاب.
واكد حماية الصحفيين على مساندة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني العربية للجهود التي قامت بها البانيز في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، داعيا الى ايلاء قضية الصحفيين الذين قتلهم الاحتلال الاسرائيلي في غزة وزاد عددهم عن 200 شهيدا وشهيدة اهمية قصوى ، واصفا ما حدث بانه ابشع جريمة عرفها التاريخ بحق الصحفيين.
ومنذ تولي فرانشيسكا مهام ولايتها في الاراضي الفلسطينية عملت بكل دأب على توثيق الانتهاكات الواقعة على الشعب الفلسطيني، وعلى كشف الوجه الحقيقي للاحتلال الاسرائيلي بإعتباره دولة فصل عنصري، وظلت رغم الضغوط عليها مخلصة لمبادئ حقوق الانسان، وفشلت كل المحاولات لمنعها من قول الحقيقة، او اقصائها عن مهمتها.
The Center for Defending Freedom of Journalists Welcomes the Renewal of the UN Special Rapporteur’s Mandate on Human Rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory
The Center for Defending Freedom of Journalists (CDFJ) welcomes the renewal of the mandate of the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, by the Human Rights Council.
CDFJ affirmed that renewing confidence in the UN rapporteur reaffirms the justness of the Palestinian cause, reflects global solidarity with Palestinian rights, and condemns the genocide being waged by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people.
CDFJ stated that the overwhelming vote to renew Albanese’s mandate reflects trust in her position and the role she has played in exposing Israeli crimes and violations against the Palestinian people. It also praised her continued commitment to raising her voice against double standards in human rights and emphasized the importance of holding Israeli occupation authorities accountable for their crimes, to ensure that their leaders do not escape justice.
CDFJ expressed its support, along with other Arab civil society organizations, for the efforts made by Francesca Albanese in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. It called for giving utmost importance to the case of journalists killed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza, whose number has exceeded 200 martyrs, describing what happened as the most heinous crime in history committed against journalists.
Since assuming her mandate in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese has worked diligently to document violations against the Palestinian people and expose the true nature of the Israeli occupation as an apartheid regime. Despite facing immense pressure, she remained committed to the principles of human rights, and all attempts to silence her or remove her from her mission have failed.
